- We don't fix broken tapes. Please only send undamaged tapes.
- VHS tapes have a lifespan of 10-30 years. They commonly suffer from tape jams, snapping and creases; often breaking due to poor storage, humidity, and wear from repeated playback.
We will handle your tapes with care. However, we cannot be held liable should any of the complications above arise. - We don't offer video enhancement services. The quality of the digital file will be equal to that of the VHS tape. In other words, if the original recording has poor image quality, the digital file will suffer the same.
- We use USPS for shipments. For any lost or damaged packages, please refer to them. We encourage you to buy additional insurance when shiping to us your valuable photos/tapes.
Intact photo scanning & enhancement (4x6 or 5x7 inches)
- This is an automated process, which cannot handle older, frail pictures. This service only applies to physically intact photos.
- Physically damaged photos, or those that are smaller than 4x6 inches require manual scanning on our flatbed scanner. If you send us such pictures under the intact photo package, we will not process them and discard them after 30 days, unless the correct package is ordered.
- Photo enhancement compensates for faded colors. It does not add color to black & white photos.

Antique photo scanning & enhancement (or photos smaller than 4x6 inches)
- Thiese pictures will be manually scanned. Due to the intense labor, they don't qualify for the "pay what you want" policy.
- Photo enhancement compensates for faded colors. It does not add color to black & white photos.
- We will handle your photos with care. However, we cannot be held liable should any damage inadvertently occur while manually processing your antique photos.
- We use USPS for shipments. For any lost or damaged packages, please refer to them. We encourage you to buy additional insurance when shiping to us your valuable photos/tapes.
Returns & refunds
- Since we offer a personalized service resulting in production of personal digital content, we cannot offer any returns or refunds.
- Orders that are cancelled prior to us receiving the physical products (VHS tapes or photos) will be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
